Why Bev Shwert? It is simple. I sell real estate because I enjoy helping people and I love my work because of that. I began my Real Estate career in 2002 by assisting one of the top agents in Marin County. During this period I gained invaluable experience through my involvement in dozens of transactions with both buyers and sellers. I played an integral part in the acquisition of listings and the preparation of these homes for the market. This included working with the sellers, contractors, and stagers to have the homes look their best as well as doing all types of marketing for these properties. As well as creating property flyers, writing ad copies for both newspapers and magazines, I made sure the homes had a good presence on many internet sites. I also worked as a "buyer's agent" helping people find the right home for themselves and their families. I pride myself on my market knowledge and my primary goal is to provide my clients the remarkable service that they deserve. I am self-motivated, organized, hard working, and have excellent follow through skills. I truly care about other people, thoroughly enjoy the relationship-building aspect of real estate and my dedication to my clients is displayed with enthusiasm. I have a love of life, a passion for my work and this is evident to the people around me.Areas of expertise:
Schools. I moved to Marin County from the East Coast and living in one of the best school districts was very important to me. Even if you don't have children, the homes in better school districts hold their values much more than other areas.
I live in Greenbrae and because of that it is only natural that I know more about the areas of Greenbrae, Kentfiled Corte Madera and Larkspur. Other areas with great schools that I emphasize on are Ross, San Anselmo, Mill Valley and Tiburon.
I am an excellent listing agent. I am extremely organized, very thorough, and have good follow up and communication skills. I will tell you what I think your home is worth, not what I think you want to hear.
I love working with buyers. I have sold to several first time home buyers and I am very patient with them. Buying a home is a huge decision and and want to be sure my clients are comfortable with their decision
