I am a native of Norway and came to the USA about 20 years ago for college. After obtaining a degree in Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech I moved to Northern Virginia and worked in software development before deciding that real estate was much more exciting.
I enjoy using technology to showcase homes and help buyers and sellers get things done in their busy lives.
Apart from real estate I enjoy travelling, photography, biking and spending time with my wife and son.

| I have worked with Are several times since 2005, when I referred him to a professional real estate investor for whom he served as a realtor in purchasing a house in the DC area. She said of all the years she had been in the commercial real estate business, Are was the best realtor she had ever worked with. Since then Are has assisted me in buying a house and my daughter in selling her house. Moreover he has helped a family friend make a short sale under very difficult circumstances. | I would give Are & Liz a 5 Star + rating! Are Andresen made the hold process so stress free for me. From the advice on how to prepare my condo for highest sale price through the negotiating process and settlement, he was always available to answer my questions and give sound advice. He was always pleasant, professional and so very knowledgeable. I have bought and sold properties in the past and this was my best experience. I definitely am recommending Soldsense Realty to my friends and I will be using them in any future realestate transactions. From listing date to settlement date in under two months and my condo sold for highest price of any in the community in over a year---you can't beat that! |
