The big story this week in The Charlotte Observer is the high foreclosure rate of homes built by Beazer Homes USA. They are being singled out because of the many neighborhoods they have built in which now have high foreclosure rates. I don't disagree with some of the unethical things the builder did in the past, but I have found other builders to be much worse. It's just another reason why people should be educated on having a "good" buyer's agent represent them when buying any home! FYI-My past clients that bought a Beazer home are still very happy.
