False Cape a Virginia State Park   False Cape is a Virginia State Park in Virginia Beach located between Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge and North Carolina.   There is no vehicular access to this park.  The park covers  4,321 acres on a barrier spit between the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay to the west.
