At this point in time, it's clear that the effects of the pandemic one year ago have essentially dissipated. Pending sales increased 2.8% and closed sales increased 7.2% year-over-year in May. Lack of inventory limited the number of closed sales in April. New listings increased 13.6% in Fort Mill year-over-year.  Housing inventory dropped 70% year-over-year.
