Baxter Village Neighborhood in Fort Mill, SC Real Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight Baxter Village Single Family Homes2022 was a good year for single family home sales in Baxter Village. Home prices increased 25% and the list to sale price ratio was 101.2%. Although average days on market increased slightly, they were still very low at just 10 days. And as we entered, 2023, median home sale prices continued to set new records. Fewer homes sold in 2022 than in 2021 putting pressure on home prices. Home prices "held their own" in the Fourth Quarter 2022 despite a small softening in the market.
