I got a call from a couple getting a divorce. They were given my name as a Realtor who handles divorce sales very well here in the Manchester NH area. Like a boomerang, they are back. Bank Owned homes. Check out this wonderful home I listed yesterday in the Manchester NH area. Now you may think this is the end of the story. Yesterday I wrote about a young couple looking to sell their Manchester NH area home. They were fixated on "how much they could save" when listing the home.
