I got a call from a couple getting a divorce. They were given my name as a Realtor who handles divorce sales very well here in the Manchester NH area. Like a boomerang, they are back. Bank Owned homes. Check out this wonderful home I listed yesterday in the Manchester NH area. Now you may think this is the end of the story. Yesterday I wrote about a young couple looking to sell their Manchester NH area home. They were fixated on "how much they could save" when listing the home. The only thing that mattered was how low of a commission they would pay. In their haste they listed with an out of area discount broker.
