Took our managing brokers and support staff to lunch today at the new Copper Door restaurant in Bedford. It was delicious. I had a yummy chicken Caesar salad, fresh clean grilled flavor and the lettuce was even grilled. There were some two handed bacon cheeseburgers that arrived and a great chicken sandwich.  We were so full but had to have coffee because you just knew it was going to be good and it didn't disappoint. The manager stopped over and chatted and they have been jammed out of the gate, reservations are booked for a month already. It was great to see the robust business, boy doesn't look like a recession in Bedford! Highly recommend the Copper Door, we will be going back for sure.
