This is great news for a few clients that have been waiting before making a real estate move... Knightdale Real Estate in September = Stupendous! Let's look at how good the stats looked in September: 28% of the real estate activity in Knightdale either Closed (SOLD) or went under contract (pending), compared with 15% new active listings on the market.   Knightdale had the lowest average days on the market for closed listings at only 85 days.
