   This past weekend was the annual Clayton, Missouri Art Show.  This event, which is free to the public, is one of our favorites.  Unfortunately, this weekend, the weather was a bit threatening and it did rain off and on.  We attended on Saturday and while it did drizzle, the attendance was lower so we had fewer crowds to battle for a glimpse of all the great artwork.  Staged on the streets of Clayton, artists from many different genres presented their wares.  We saw pottery, ceramics, jewelry, photography, drawing, wood work, fiber and glass.  The artists were quite accomodating in answering questions about their craft.  Drawing artists from around the country, St. Louis is very lucky to have such a premier event.  While many artists were from far away, local talent was also well repr... 09/11/2007
