Kakela Makai Oceanview Community Kakela Makai Oceanview is a beautiful residential community located on a hillside overlooking the Kauai Coffee plantation fields with the ocean beyond.  Most lot sizes are just a little under 1/4 acre with 199 properties plus a swimming pool and clubhouse.  This community features homes built since 2002 and a large number of vacant lots, many for sale.
