Flip This House   Day 1 It's been a while since I have flipped a house myself.  I have helped plenty of others buy and sell but this is the first time in a while I have jumped in personally. .... I won't post daily updates but maybe every few days as progress is made. The project is in Acworth Ga and it's a 3 bedroom 2 bath modular home on a permanent foundation and 1/2 acre lot with an attached two car garage.    The basic structure is good but it is dirty, smelly, and definitely needs some TLC.  Over the past few days I have made a few stops there and done a few things.  I changed the door knobs so I can get in and out.  I pulled the refrigerator outside.  The fridge was absolutely gross.  I could not see anything dead in it but it sure as heck smelled like it and I'm pretty sure that... 04/20/2013

We love to get out in the community and one of the organizations or charities that we love to be a part of is the Ruth House which is a Christ centered house for women that helps them get free from addictions. The Ruth House is hosting an old fashion sock hop, with the oldies music, the poodle skirts and oxford shoes. There will also be "brief appearances from some of your favorite old time stars" which should be nothing less than hilarious and fun. Cost is $50.00 per couple which includes dinner and dancing. Child care is 5.00 per child. This is a great way to get out and enjoy an evening with your sweetie and support a local ministry.
