Noonday Creek Trail is open! I had blogged previously about the upcoming ribbon cutting for the new Noonday Creek Trail in Kennesaw. The ribbon cutting was last Thursday and it a slendid day to be at any outdoor event. This is the first phase to pen and the rest of the trail sections will be open soon.  Once completed the Noonday trail will connect Kennesaw Mountain to Town Center Mall and then end at Bells Ferry Road.  From the Kennesaw Mountain end the trail will connect to the trail system already in place at the Park.  It will also connect with the future West Cobb Trail and Mountain to River Trail which will lead to other trails in Cobb and Metro Atlanta.             See Kennesaw Ga. Barbara and I enjoyed our 13th Anniversary dinner at Elevation Chophouse in Kennesaw. It was a great night out and the food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent.   Barbara ordered one of the signature "Liquid Nitrogen Margaritas".  Check out the video.  This was a show all by itself! For the appetizer we had the calamari. It was tasty and well cooked. The portion might have been just a little small to share but no real complaint. They were out of the Filet, so I ordered the Ribeye which was also cooked just right and very tasty. Barbara ordered the Salmon.  Ok my steak was very good, but the salmon was absolutely over the top delicious!  BTW, Barbara normally won't eat asparagus but she loved this.  I had a hard time getting her to give me a taste :-) If you are looking for nice...
