...So, I was on my way to the beach this morning for a nice 6 mile run. Coming out of my neighborhood I look up at the roof of one of my neighbor's homes and see this... It is an Eagle!Now not many people may know this, but at the Kennedy Space Center they have an eagle sanctuary (it is about 20 miles north of my neighborhood). We also have a neighborhood about 15 miles south of me called Eagle Lake, and it also has land set aside as an eagle sanctuary. I wonder if this big fellow (he had about a six food wing span) was on his way from one to the other?

I have an 80 year old client who loves to invest in real estate. My clients called me a couple of months ago to tell me it was time to put their home on the market. It is a 3/2 and they had outgrown it. The family (husband, wife and five children) was just too big for three bedrooms!I had met the husband about seven years ago at Starbucks in Indialantic. He was the manager of the store at the time. In late May I received an email from one of my great clients. She (along with her husband) purchased a condo from me in one of my favorite condo projects here on the Space Coast. I have a few friends who are vegetarians or vegans. They refuse to eat meat of any kind. I applaud them. Although I do not eat red meat or poultry, I do eat some (non-farm raised) fish. My buyers came in from Ohio with a very interesting story. They had been working with a local Realtor for about three months. They set up a time to fly in with the express purpose of buying a home. With about a week to go before their visit, the Realtor stopped calling them back...NOTHING, no contact at all.
