Condos and townhomes are available in some neighborhoods of Palos Verdes, particularly around the commercial centers. Some are built in areas with amazing views of the coast or the city of Los Angeles, others provide amenities such as pools and tennis courts.Palos Verdes Estates has a limited number of condo/townhome developments around the Lunada Bay plaza and Malaga Cove plaza.
