MULTIPLE OFFERS AND BIDDING WARS PERSIST IN FULLERTON CA The number of Fullerton, California real estate listings fell once again, on a month to month basis, and have dropped by almost 50%, since the beginning of 2012. And, although all listing categories have decreased since January, the most substantial drops have taken place in the number of available distressed sales; foreclosure listings are down by 65.2% and short sale listings have fallen by 77.3%. Condos and houses priced at or below $500,000 continue to disappear, leaving entry level buyers with little to choose from in Fullerton. Because of this, and such low inventory in general, multiple offers and bidding wars persist.
