Most of us are aware of Dopamine, a feel-good chemical that’s produced in your brain. Essentially, it makes us happy. And our brains release it with certain activities and behaviors ― many of which we already do everyday. A recent article reminds us that we can consciously aim to participate in at least some of these activities on a daily basis and thereby increase our feelings of well being. I have to confess that some of these activities seemed logical but a few were a surprise. “Whenever we participate in activities that are considered essential from our body’s point of view, our brain releases a large amount of dopamine,” which is meant to encourage you to do this activity more, according to Dr. Kiran F. Rajneesh, the director of the neurological pain division and associate professo...

Be sure to ask if they will be around during the holidays and actually answer their phones. Your agent must be willing to get to work for you and do everything within her/his power to get your house sold. Since you wil...

FHA home loan limits are once again increasing for HUD insured FHA mortgages. The new loan limits in the Phoenix metro area are now $530,150, up from the current limit of $441,600.            What this means is that for someone looking to purchase a home with the 3.5% minimum down payment, using an FHA loan, can now do so, up to a $549,000 purchase price.            This is the sixth year in a row that FHA loan limits have increased and is reflective of the move higher in home prices over the past 12 months. The limits also continue to move higher with with Conventional loan limits as well, which earlier this week were raised to $726,200.                       The FHA home loan is still a widely used home loan program, that offers low down payment, low interest rates and flexi...

Just say the word "blog" to some and the thought is cringe-worthy to a new blogger.   Garnering the courage to blog becomes easier when it's a subject already known to the writer.    I've received comments from some asking what my blog is about.?   The typical answer is, "A lot of things!"  I like to write about something worth reading and to do that it takes a human interest story to capture the attention of a reader.    Blogging with passion is the best way to write a blog, in my opinion.  The words literally produce themselves when a topic just happens in your head.   One of my blogs took some time so I could provide references, but the story was personal and I was passionate about it.    Getting it right is the most important facet of historical information so time needs to be devot...
