In my real estate market (South Pasadena, CA) - the homes range from about $1.5 million to over $5 million. That means the photos are always professionally taken - even for modest homes or those needing repairs. I just listed a fixer upper for sale at land value only - since the structure needs considerable repairs. Even though the house is partly demolished, and there are studs sticking out - I opted to create the best photos possible by properly prepping the house and hiring a professional photographer.
