Last night I was supposed to meet a client to walk through a tenant occupied duplex property. My client is always early, so arriving about ten minutes before our meeting time for an organized Open House I got to talk to the listing agent and observe the other other people who came to see the property.As it turned out, my client locked herself out of her house, with her phone and keys inside.
