We have a couple days of warm weather, and then we have some that are cold. The nights in Wisconsin are colder, and like anything else in life, cycles take place. I began to think about when I was a Wisconsin bee keeper not too long ago, how much I enjoyed it, and how it was very similar to Waukesha County Real Estate at times. If they have not done it by now a lot of Wisconsin Bee farmers will go out to theircolonies , or have went out to their colonies, and after they clean the colonies, put a large sugar cake in the colony, and put a mite strip in there to protect to the colony, they will wrap the protection around the colony so the bees can get ready for Spring. It's times that we experience like these that really make a lot of us take a step back and see businesses, people, and many other avenues suffering because there is no such thing as a smooth ride forever and that picture off riding off into a sunset; well, sometimes it rains on that parade. It's funny how fast the last 24 years has went by in my real estate career in Waukesha County. When I started there was a little "Boris" dot matrix printer one could look up Waukesha County MLS properties and Milwaukee County MLS properties from. It was a product of the MLS and that was pretty much it. In Wisconsin at that time there was talk about putting a home inspection clause in the offer to purchase, and for the most part the offer was just a couple of pages. Every two week would go by and I would give my printed MLS books, book A (Milwaukee County only) or book B(everywhere else) to some of my motivated customers. When I was younger and would hang out with my grandmother driving her nuts she would often suggest I go mow the yard, pull weeds, or do some physical work so I could appreciate a good days work. Often I would look in her refrigerator for food and comment that her ice box should be colder. Of which she would reply "You don't know how good you have it Tombo, I remember always scraping and cleaning the ice chest."
