Slow Draining Sink - Here's a Tip! We’ve all read various remedies and household fixes for those basic repairs around the home. Seldom do we opt to try them ourselves. Recently in our household we had an issue with a slow draining sink. One day while out taking care of the grocery shopping, I recalled a helpful hint that vinegar and baking soda could be used to help resolve a slow draining sink. Another benefit to this remedy is that it is not harmful to the plumbing or the environment. Here’s how it works: Pour some baking soda directly onto the drain. Pour vinegar so that it will run to the drain covering the baking soda. When the vinegar comes into contact with the baking soda it will foam. Need and the Perils of Over-Pricing I sat at the kitchen table with my client.  We had been in contact over the last several months as he fixed up the home that renters hadn't cared to keep up.  They had, indeed let the dogs use the floors instead of going outside, and smoked like chimneys in the home.  He restored it better than new. Driving along the roads one sees the corn being sold out of the back of trucks. The many pumpkin stands are prevalent in the Waukesha County Real Estate market. You train all year, you get to know that chip like it was your brother. You live,sleep,think, and eat with that chip on your mind. There are many wonderful youth organizations in the Waukesha County real estate market are, and one of the ones I really admire in Waukesha County is the 4-H exhibits at the Waukesha County Fair. I like them at the Wisconsin State Fair, and many other areas as well. It never ceases to amaze me at the leadership these youths possess and the generosity of adults that guide them through the 4-H. I personally love to walk through the animal exhibits and look at the pride and work that everyone puts into their exhibits. The attention to detail is awesome and I feel just a little bit better in life after I have such a genuine smiling face look back at me. The world needs a lot more of these wonderful people. I have found memories of hanging out with my grandfather when I was young. Saturdays were a ritual; a trip to the dump so the guys could get together and chew the fat, a secret trip over to Dottie's bakery in Stonebank where my grandfather would pick up the donuts and then fly over to the Phillips 66 station in North Lake so he and his friends that had diabetes could eat their jelly donuts, and of course the cheese factory in Mapleton to get a half a brick of cheese. I can remember that old saying "Don't you know enough to get out of the rain?" Lately I question whoever or whatever the source of that saying was trying to convey. When we are younger we could sit out and play in it, it had such a peaceful connotation. Years would go by and between driving and outside events it could become a nuisance. This morning I was drinking a cup of coffee and looking out the window and reminiscing about rain in my life. Sounds strange, but it's true.
