In a day and age where information comes at us fast and in seconds, and where a Waukesha County Real Estate market dictates communication, it's frustrating when we are negotiating offers and it takes days for some agents to get back to us with a return call. There are some great people to work with in the market, and these agents know, and I think would agree that if we fax or email an offer on a property that isn't anything to do with a short sale, or out of state seller, it makes no sense why an agent does not call us back for days. It's frustrating when communication slows. Recently I called an agent around the dinner hour to discuss an offer I send to them the previous day. I remember my son's mom always getting upset with me because everytime I would go to a store with her I would think there was no reason to be in any store for more than five minutes. In and out, get what you need, throw the cashier some money, and out the door. It's no wonder she would tell me to go sit in the car before I drove her nuts in the store. Me, Tom Braatz?
