  The east side of Brookfield has long been the home of The Red Mill  at  1005 S Elm Grove RdBrookfield, WI 53005     For years it was owned by one family  and then had an interim ownership before it was taken over by the present owners.     We had not been there in a while and our neighbors suggested we try it again remembering the nights of jazz....the fish fries and great homade food we used to enjoy......we were ready to try it again with the new owner.        We toasted the Halloween holiday with wine and mixed drinks and studied the menu.
