In the national media we continually here of the housing recovery, yet in my own back yard I continue to see the steady trickle of bank owned homes for sale. In Green county of southern Wisconsin, 30 miles south of Madison the capital. You can buy in the city of Brodhead, a 4br,1700 plus sq. ft. home for only $46,000. Not a show place but a home. At current interest rates the home could be purchased for about $200 a month. This is not the norm but it is still happening in every city and village in the area that I service.
