Adorable Shenandoah Condo near Vancouver Mall - very little turn around in this gated community! This one level, corner unit was an approved short sale, assigned by Vericrest Financial in mid-March.   I was able to secure a buyer from right within the complex, looking to downsize to a single level condo in the Shenandoah Community. Ammenities included vaulted ceilings, skylights, great room concept, newer laminate floors, fenced backyard, and single garage.   It was a pleasure working with Vericrest on this short sale opportunity - they were communicative, quick, reasonable, and truly showed concern for this homeowner in distress.
