In this video Simon Sinek discusses concepts from his book, Start With Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action. Sinek’s Golden Circle is a great little tool to visualize the way most people and companies approach ideas and marketing. With it he illustrates why some companies like Apple and people like Martin Luther King Jr. or the Wright Brothers became thought leaders and inspired us.
