 Leavenworth median home prices have taken a dive in the first three months of 2010. (But the average home price has gone up?) Am I worried? Not really, we saw a number of foreclosure sales to start off the year, but the pending sales for Q2 look much better as far as prices are concerned. I've received a number of offers in the past month by buyers (or would be buyers) assuming that the real estate market in Leavenworth is doing much worse than it it is. 3 of these offers were flat out REJECTED by my sellers with no counteroffer.
