Parker Estates Home now Pending - 3604 NW 31st Ave, Camas WA This Parker Estates Home was under contract in 48 hours. The sellers were very cooperative regarding suggestions to get the home ship-shape prior to listing. They re-painted, took down a number of photos, and had the home professionally cleaned.
