   Bothell's real estate market remains steady heading into June   This Week:  The median list price in Bothell  this week is $499,990,  is unchanged from last week’s median  list price of $499,990.   With inventory trending up days-on-market trending down and the Market Action Index (MAI see below chart) essentially flat recently, conditions do not seem to have strong up or down pull.   Average days-on-market: 66 days unchanged from last week’s 66 days.
