Arlington condominiums are great places to buy and even better places to live.  Surprisingly affordable, Arlington condominiums are close to jobs and shopping while being surrounded by natural beauty. Monthly payments for Arlington condominiums are often comparable to the amount a person would spend on rent for a similar unit.   From the mid to high-$100,000's, individuals just starting out can make a smart financial move by purchasing an Arlington condominium instead of renting an apartment.  Additionally, as the population in the area grows, housing will continue to become more desirable, and owners could easily rent out the unit in the future.   Clearly, purchasing an Arlington condominium is a smart financial move. Of course, Arlington condominiums offer more than financial comfort....

Arlington WA Real Estate and homes for sale. Don't believe the media hype!We have all been seeing stories in the media about how slow the housing market has become, how the housing prices are dropping, and what a buyer's market it is.However, in our part of the country, most of this is not true.  The fact remains that while there are more homes on the market and they are taking slightly longer to sell, the market is not nearly as bad as the media would like you to believe.I personally believe what we are seeing is a NORMAL market for Arlington real estate.  Arlington area homes for sale aren't being snatched up in the first few days and they are not selling for more than the list price.I think many people (including the media) thought that our past HOT market in Arlington was normal. As ...

Arlington homes are perfect for anyone looking to live comfortably.  Within minutes of both big cities and nature, these affordable Arlington homes can fit anyone's needs. Many residents commute to Everett, just 20 minutes away.  These workers prefer the spacious, friendlier Arlington atmosphere over that of larger Everett.  In fact, one of the most attractive qualities of Arlington homes is the cozy neighborhoods in which they're organized.  Gleneagle is one of the most popular neighborhoods.  Containing at least a quarter of Arlington's population, Gleneagle boasts over a thousand homes for buyers to choose from.  The neighborhood was developed over a decade and a half around the quiet Gleneagle Golf Club, and construction finished in 2002.  Arlington homes in this area boast a strong ...

New Construction Arlington homes are easy to find and even easier to love.  Located in a wide variety of settings, it is a breeze for anyone to find the perfect, new, Arlington home. With the population quadrupling in the last 15 years, it is no surprise that there is a surge of new Arlington homes.  When the town's largest neighborhood, Gleneagle, stopped constructing homes in 2002, communities throughout the rest of town have been keeping up with the record-setting population and economic growth. Thus, new Arlington homes continue to pop up everywhere.  For example, many new Arlington homes are under construction just north of lovely River Meadows Park.  This quiet, semi-rural neighborhood boasts natural beauty and tranquility.  The well-organized development impedes upon the wilderness...

Crown Ridge is one of Arlington's favorite neighborhoods.  Situated on the eastside of Highway 9 a few blocks north of WA 531.  The entrance to Crown Ridge is a covered bridge.             This neighborhood of affordable family homes features 2 story and rambler style homes.  Wide tree lined streets greet it's residents and many homes have a view of the Cascades in the near distance.  The wide streets allow for more than adequate parking for your visitors.  Several neighborhood parks are scattered throughout the development making this a very family oriented community.  School aged residents can walk to Arlington High or Pioneer Elementary.  If you like bike riding, this is the neighborhood for you.  Check out the link below for a Tour of Crown Ridge in Arlington, WA.

My oldest son's finance, Heather,  is a wonderful girl. They are getting married this July after being together for seven years. She put herself through college then a masters program in teaching and is now teaching 5th graders.   My son, Jeff,  began his career as a consultant with IBM then Microsoft and has just been offered a full time position with Microsoft.  My heart is beaming with pride and joy for them. However, another Mother almost lost her pride and joy. You see Heather's cousin, Karl Bielser, was diagnosed with Restrictive Cardiomyopathy at age 11. Karl's life just took a turn. It was February 2006 when the Bielsers noticed Karl becoming pale and having shortness of breath during basketball season. They suspected asthma.  Karl was seen by a specialist at Children's Hospital ...
