Windsor Vermont Public Library is Hosting a Celebration, on Monday the 27th of September the Windsor Public Library will host a lively celebration to mark the opening of the Library's newly decorated children's room. The fostivities will begin at 5:00 P.M. on the front lawn of the Windsor Public Library. The celebration will begin with a program by one of Vermont's favorite clowns, which is Michael Zerphy.
