Plumbing Water Sewer Vent Pipe Vermont, Mr. Baker, I found a lot of the home information that you have wrote. We bought and closed on an older home a few weeks ago, we did have a home inspection. We used a inspector that our Real Estate Agent told us would do a good job for us. We have not been able to get in touch with the inspector. My husband was up in the attic and seen a black pipe coming out of the attic floor. The inspector did not tell us about this pipe, we have now looked through the inspection report 6 times. But we can not find anything about this pipe in the report.
