When you combine the tax credit with today's continuing low interest rates, large inventory and low prices, many of the pieces are in place for your buyers to purchase now. We all know that this has been a rough year in real estate and although I have been BLESSED I have still tried to find ways to save money but still give my client's 110% of my service. With that being said I found a company that will do free virtual tours for you and all you need to do is take the pictures, upload them, describe them and link to your local mls and realtor.com. www.flyinside.com has been a great avenue for me to still offer a virtual tour but save on the cost. Hello Again Tonight!! Ok I have been slammed with emails wanting to know some more advice and tips. This is my last blog for tonight and then I'm crashing. LOL As a Realtor I look for avenues to keep my name and face out there in the community. Some I have to pay for and some are given to us FREE...so what would the excuse be not to take advantage of them? Number one example: FACEBOOK If you are not already on Facebook you need to be there asap. I dont mean sign up and leave picture empty or overlook creating your profile or let it sit idle. I have not been a member of Facebook for very long but as you can see I have already obtained a lead. 100% that they will buy in the next two months!! I pay the agent a 20% referral fee. OK! Let me break this down for you. I first heard about Second Life in 2007 and thought yeah right me a Avatar. I'm a successful Realtor and a mother of two children and married to a great man and not to mention I'm 35 years old...a little past the virtaul world of Avatars and games!! Then I saw a show on CSI or one of those crime shows that talked about Second Life...got my wheels to turning again. I'm now proud to say that I'm a Avatar and have been for sometime. I have trouble sometimes with my outfits but I end up looking like Zena the Warrior..heehee!! I love meeting the other agents and meeting people from my community.
