Just Sold: Two Car Garage Manassas Townhouse for $320,000There is so much focus on the world of first time home buyers and hardly anyone thinks to prepare a first time home seller for what the process of selling their first home will entail.  The story of selling this two car garage, three bedroom townhouse at 12002 Kemps Landing Circle in Manasss, VA is that of first time sellers.On March 6th (2016) I had the pleasure of interviewing with these first time home sellers.  They interviewed a referral from a friend and found two agents on Zillow by looking at online reviews for local agents.  I was one of the agents they found using Zillow.   My reviews on Zillow, and the number of homes I had recently sold, told them I was not a hobbyist, but that this was my career.  And all indications ... 08/06/2016
