I was out previewing new construction communities in Loudoun County today and stopped by the Pulte Homes Hamlets at Red Cedar Community in Leesburg. Pulte Homes has some great incentives going on in that community right now. Tuesdays are all about great communities.  After spending the weekend roaming around Lansdowne during their spring festival I decided to highlight the luster of the well designed community that is showing it's true beauty this Spring.  Every time I drive through the community I find myself saying 2 things.... Loudoun County assessments came out earlier this month and assessed values went down in most areas of the county.  But did they go down enough for your area of the county?  This is the breakdown for the change in prices for the Leesburg area of Loudoun County.  This analysis is for the 20175 and 20176 zip codes.  It will show you the difference in values for homes sold at the end of 2006 versus the end of 2007.
