One Bedroom/One Bathroom Condo Under Contract in The Ponds of CliftonNovember and December are my favorite times of year to sell real estate.  Might sound odd to folks who believe the conventional wisdom that spring is the best time of year to sell.  Spring certainly has a ton of activity.  And the rebirth of trees, lawns and flowers all lend to a feeling of newness and excitement.  That doesn't mean that there isn't something to the year end market.
