Well, it was a tough day at Chantilly National. Playing from the back tees at 7200 yards is a little rough for me, a month short of the big 60. It was fun though. We might have had the biggest turn out for our group at 21 players. One of our crew managed a hole-in-one, and I managed to hit one close enough for a skin. What can you expect to pay for a three bedroom, two and a half bathroom, one car garage townhome in Compton Village?  Well, my favorite real estate answer comes to mind.  It depends.  It depends on the condition of the home and what others in the area are selling for.
