2020 was most certainly a year to remember.  There was a lot of talk going on and anticipating a housing market crash.  But...... that is far from what happened.    Even during the holidays, Loudoun County real estate is traditionally the 'slow' season.  With the desire for more space, working from home, remote learning, the buyer demand is stronger than ever.
