                                  Add a bit of country Shopping is not my thing. Hunt it bag it, and on my way. Occasionally a little serendipity creeps into my life. I have been looking to update my firearms for skeet, target and hunting for some time. Out of the blue appears a C_A_L  Ranch Store. It's there in West Jordan UT (7800 S 2735 W). I must have passed it many times, unknowing. Definitely country in the city, with an emphasis on farm. Hay bales and animal feed near the entrance provides the aroma necessary to take your senses to the appropriate place. No one at the gun counter (so often I have been lost in  heaving crowds struggling to "take a number") so my inquiries got first and quick attention. Audiology Associates: the handwritten thank you.  In the world of real estate we are often reminded that the hand written thank you note really means a lot.  I try to make sure I write notes to everyone in my SOI and also for the random company or person I run into that really made a difference to me that day.  Recently I had to get my sons hearing tested.  The Audiology Associates on Redwood road was where I was directed to.  They were quick and very helpful to get us in right away.  While there we were treated very well and it really was a great experience.  Imagine my surprise when I received a thank you note from them.  They wrote my son and I a note thanking us for coming in and for choosing them as the place to have his hearing tested.  It brought a smile to my face.  So thank you...

Redwood Memorial Mortuary and Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Rd. West Jordan UT 84123 In my mail today I received an advertising p/c from the Redwood Memorial Mortuary and Cemetery in West Jordan UT. Amongst the bills and other advertising pieces it stood out for its humor and levity. The front is suited to winter and the current mountain sports in Utah along with their associated perils. We need Positive Price Action to confirm market bottom.  One month of price improve isn't sufficient to confirm the market bottom.  We need to see appreciation month over month for three months. PRICE ACTION      Other good signs in addition to positive price action is lower DOM (days of the market), lower new listingsand higher percent of new listings being SOLD.   SUMMARY Has the Utah Real Estate Market bottomed?
