Take to the skies if you must!     Or shout the news from the highest mountain top! Whatever it takes to set yourself apart from the competition in your sales area, it is imperative to find newer and better ways to consistently get your message across.   It has been said that every 14th full-time resident in Washington County, Utah is a real estate agent. If true, then I am competing against, mothers, fathers, sons, aunts, uncles, sisters and brothers and maybe grandpa. Yikes!   I recently spent two full work days in class to gain my Acredited Buyers Representation® designation and learned quite a few things about how to market my business more effectively. There is room for improvement!   I plan to take what I've learned and implement it immediately, no time to sit on my laurels or col...

What a day for a golf game.     What a day for a golf game and a time for this southern Utah girl. I'm lost in a green daydream, dreamin' bout that hole-in-one.   It's one of those days for taking a walk outside and spending the day in the fairways. And landing my ball on somebody's new-mowed lawn rather than smashing a huge plate-glass window and costing me a lot of money...   I been having a sweet dream of golfing since I woke up today, it's starring me and my sweet man. He's the one that makes me feel this way...fore!   Happy Saturday all!

What kind of winters does St. George Utah have? This is a question I get quite often from people looking to relocate here in southern Utah. Many think the seasons in the St. George area are the same as northern and central Utah. Not so. Palm trees are a common occurrence on city streets, in residential landscapes and on many of Washington County's  13 local golf courses.  When I moved to St. George from the Salt Lake City area back in 1996, I sold my down jackets, Sorrel's, winter gloves and hats. In the winter months, I may wear a leather coat or a light jacket for cooler days. In the last week our day temperatures were in the 50's, reaching into the early 60's. An arctic cold front may show up now and then and drop a bit of snow and drive temperatures down. Winters are generally mild ...
