A decrease of 2 Fruit Heights homes meant a 28.5% change.  The change was even higher when looking at the price increase as Fruit Heights Real Estate increased more than $100,000. 07/12/2010

Over the past ten years, the number of homes in Fruit Heights sold have jumped all over in the range of 25 through 50.  Even though last year's numbers were less than they were ten years ago, Fruit Heights homes have increased to sell the same number of homes sold in 2003 with prices a little higher. 01/27/2010
