Housing sales year-to-date declined 7% compared to the same period last year, with 602 houses sold during 2015. In December 2015, 35 new properties were listed in The Colony. New houses listed in The Colony increased 40% in December 2015. Cumulatively this year, housing sales grew 1% compared to the same period last year, with 602 properties sold.
