This Market Report for Hunters Chase Subdivision in San Antonio, TX reflects the activity in that community for the last quarter in 2013. There were a total of 12 homes sold, ranging in prices from $115,000 to $167,000. The accumulative days of market were 44, and the average sold price was $136,137.  Since we are still in a seller’s market, it’s no surprise that the ratio of Listed to Actual Sold price was 99.43 percent, while the average price per square foot was $86.14.   Our Market Report for Hunters Chase Subdivision shows only 4 Homes For Sale in this community with prices ranging from $124,000 to $140,000. The real estate market in San Antonio, TX has been a great one for the summer months of June to August, 2013 in Hunters Chase Subdivision. During these last three months there were a total of 17 homes that sold in this community.
