West Hidden Lake Lane in Richmond, Texas is a quite country subdivision. All the lots are the same size, 2.5 acres. Most homes are custom built. As I rode to my clients property I noticed a woman running her horse in circles. I guess she was exercising him or training him for an event. I did not get a picture of the trainer but she was so friendly and waved to me as I passed by. This gesture reminded me of my home town where everyone is just so friendly and neighbors ARE neighbors. Horses are allowed in this subdivision and many families that live here do own them. The unique thing about this property is that it is close to everything.
