Richardson is one of the cities in Dallas Metro that has been experiencing a tremendous growth, especially after State Farm elected this city as it’s hub.   Richardson median home price jumped from $271,000 in November 2016 to a whopping $306,000 in November 2017.  There is no home under $150k, and most homes are in the price range between $201k - $500k. So far this year, houses sold went up 6% compared to the same month last year, with 1,358 homes sold. This month, 80 new homes were listed in Richardson, a 4% increase from the previous month. This month, there were 72 houses currently listed in Richardson, which is a 15% dip from the previous month.
