Or I help them purchase an investment and they want to flip and resale it on their own or rent it on their own. It happens. They are all after the same thing... they learned real estate from the best (ha ha) and they want to save a buck. I get it. It's all good. There is more than enough business for me and the mouse in my pocket. But sometimes I can't help myself! They are good people! Good clients. Best friends! Keller TX Parks:  Keller Veteran's Park and Happy Veterans Day!   Happy Veterans Day! (Observed, per my calendar) so I will observe it yet again(please see first blog) and tell you about the Veterans Park in Keller.   This little park is right off of 1709/Keller Parkway and the corner of 377 in Old Town Keller.  The park is highly visible to passerby because of it’s proximity to the Old Keller water tower and the beautiful carved eagle rising up through the middle.   This Keller park is more of a monument than a park and is meant to honor those Keller, TX citizens who have served our country in the armed forces.  The park consists of 7 granite pillars, one in the center as a monument recognizing the service of Keller TX veterans and the other six surrounding the central column with the ... 11/12/2012

For the year to date, overall home sales were at 119 homes sold, a 6% change from last year. Keller Texas Real Estate total dollar volume of homes sold this month was $14,785,077 which is a -10% change from this month last year.
