Just Sold! New Construction in Brookview ~ Huntsville, Texas     Yesterday was a very exciting day! I have been working with this young couple for quite a while. They are getting married later this year, and this will be their first home purchase.       So besides the stress of planning and getting ready for an upcoming wedding... ⛪ ...  We've been looking at new homes and existing homes, and weighing the pros and cons of established neighborhoods vs relatively new ones.   Finally, they decided to go for the lesser HOA dues and the newer neighborhood -- since neither of them play golf.   I am excited for them. This one is the better location for both of their jobs. There is no need for them to spend BIG BUCKS in HOA dues every month when they can spend only $250 per YEAR right here!...

Things to do in Huntsville, Texas: Oakwood Cemetery   I often hear the kids say "there is nothing to do in Huntsville," but that's only because they have not bothered to be a tourist in their own back yard.        With summer coming up, I have decided to do a weekly series of things to do in Huntsville, Texas for kids of ALL ages.
