I'm not sure just how much many of you understand about the devastation of our 2011 drought. It's certainly not your fault and that's not what I'm saying...it's just that when an earthquake hits a part of the world we feel terrible yet still cannot understand the level of devastation. My husband and I are attempting to sell a home in Huntsville Texas on 3.83 acres that was absolutely gorgeous. Flowers, trees, shrubs, green grass, beautiful blue water in the pond and lush and healthy trees and landscaping. Examples:   Pretty, huh?     My trees are dieing one by one. The pond is down to barely a foot of water. The fountain is sitting in mud. The grass is all dead with a crackle to it with every step. Dr. W. David Spencer has created an incredibly professional Team of Music Makers. Dr. Spencer has been with our Huntsville High School since 1980. Our Hornet band consists of over 200 very talented and serious band students. This 2011 group of students promise to be some of the best.  Dr. Spencer, with parental and professional help is planning a trip to Spain in 2012 for the students.
