The May 2007 Starwood Yard of the Month belongs to Susie and Randy Schirman in Quail Run Village. The Yard of the Month Committee loved the large variety of colored flowers and bushes planted throughout the lawn. What really stands out is the attention to detail in this beautifully manicured lawn, prompting one committee member to say: "I would buy this house just to get the lawn". The June 2006 Starwood Yard of the Month belongs to Andy and Marie Stylianou. The Stylianou family in the Village of Quail Run. The August 2006 Starwood Yard of the Month belongs to Patrick and Melissa Wayte. The Wayte family resides  in The Villages of Quail Run. The lawn was picked for the multiple islands filled with bushes and trees of various sizes and shapes forming a beautifully layered look. In addition to maintaining an impeccably manicured lawn, the Wayte's have done a great job keeping it green during these difficult times of water restrictions and drought.
