Stay Safe in El Paso Texas The Importance of a El Paso Real Estate Agent The importance of working with a professional El Paso real estate agent cannot be over emphasized. There is a process to be followed when purchasing a property and an agent will offer proper guidance and expertise throughout. The first thing that needs to occur is a financial analysis of you situation. The agent will take you through an analysis to determine the price range that you should target based on your resources. He will want to know if the bank has already pre-qualified you for a loan and how much that amount is. You do not want to target a property that you cannot afford. You will also be asked to enter into an agreement with the El Paso real estate agent that stipulates the responsibilities of both part...

Hire a new real estate agent in El Paso for the biggest purchase in your life??? Do I have your attention? Good. Believe this statement because I'm good at what I do and I'll work my butt off for you. I might only have a few referrals, but they're all good and they'd all be willing to talk to you about me. The rest of this directed toward the skeptics... Yup, I'm pretty new to the real estate game. Does that mean I'm incapable of serving a client better than a seasoned Realtor? Does that mean that a seller will net less with me? Does it mean a buyer will pay more? I get tired of hearing real estate agents talking about how they are experienced and why that is the reason that people should do business with them. In my opinion, experience has little to do with anything. I'm confident enou...

Barking Dogs In El Paso, TX It's as if people expect their dogs to bark in El Paso. Why is that? I'm not from El Paso and I find it so strange that the mentality of pet owners here is that their dogs have the right to bark and that right is supreme to my right to peaceful existence.  When my wife and I were house shopping in El Paso, TX we crossed homes we liked off our list because of a loud barking dog next door. Now I don't want you to think I don't like dogs. My family has a dog, but he rarely barks (because we trained him not to!).  So here's my message to you loud dog owners in El Paso: Please care. The desirability of your neighbor's home depends on your obnoxious dog that barks at everything. Please put your neighbors' needs above your dog's.  Contact me!

Non-Denomination Christian Churches in El Paso, TX *This post features The Rio Community Church.* Founded in 2007 by church planters from Colorado, The Rio Community Church is a young family oriented Christian Church with a love for Jesus Christ, the word of God, and fellowship among believers. The Rio's slogan is "Interested in God but not in religion?" This question aims to spark interest in people who have a hunger and thirst for God and want to pursue Him without traditional, rules, legalism, and blame. This Christian church in El Paso does this by simply looking at the Bible and believing what it says without adding to it or taking away from it.
